What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@adornolivia.com.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a return label via email, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned order. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Can I change my order after it has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify it. This includes changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or items within the order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders have a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-30 business days, while international orders take 12-35 business days, depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping courier. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the delivery process once the package has been shipped.

Can I get a refund if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

We do not issue refunds for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office and open a claim.

What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We do not replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive, with delivery times ranging from 12-35 business days.
